Jamidah 2

My second portrait of  Jamidah Namuyomba of Uganda I have done for the RISE Coalition working to end Acid Violence and to support the Survivors of that violence. Jemimah is a friend of mine I've not yet met personally. She is an acid attack survivor, and she is also a producer of basketry and jewelry collected internationally

This is one of a collection of works I am privileged to donate to the RISE Coalition in support of their dual mission:
to End Acid Violence and Transformative Growth for all who work for recovery from the trauma

100% of the proceeds from these works are donated to RISE as my contribution
to their ongoing work for Awareness, Advocacy, and Fundraising
